This body weight program is not only fun and challenging, but requires zero set up and zero equipment. Within the program there are 3 different levels to choose from and 3 different and exciting workouts at each level. Perform them when you want, where you want and progress at your own pace. The program comes with a detailed description of each exercise to help guide you through the workouts.
